Two of 11 Northampton deeds carry a price this period; most await registry data
The Hampshire County Registry of Deeds recorded 11 Northampton property transactions between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only two carried a sale price so far: $180,000 for 28 Coolidge Ave. and $393,000 for a Pathways Cohousing unit at 21 Mountain Laurel Path, the period's top recorded sale. The median of those two priced sales is $286,500. The other nine records, including transfers on Barrett Street and Blackberry Lane, have no price yet, which is typical while registry data catches up; several are homestead declarations, an estate affidavit, or trust-related filings rather than conventional home sales. With price data limited to two of 11 records, the overall market tone for the period cannot be characterized from this dataset alone.
