The Hampshire County Registry of Deeds recorded 12 deed entries for Northampton between July 31 and Aug. 29, 2026, but only four carried disclosed sale prices, ranging from $145,000 to $670,000, with a median of $192,500. The top transaction was 54 South Park Terrace at $670,000, sold by the Bogart Revocable Trust to Dimitri Steblovsky. The period's transfer mix, which includes municipal acquisitions, bank-seller conveyances, and multiple companion recordings for single closings, means that standard open-market residential sales represent a minority of the entries; the disclosed price data alone is insufficient to draw firm conclusions about broader market direction.
