Just One Of 14 Northampton Deeds Carries A Recorded Price So Far
Northampton saw 14 deeds recorded with the Hampshire County Registry between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but pricing data has posted for only one so far: the Sept. 8 sale of 135 Dunphy Drive for $94,400, sold by Devon L. and Andre J. Boulay to Eastern Bank. The remaining 13 transactions, including four in which Northampton City was the buyer and six involving a bank or mortgage-registration entity as seller, await price postings typical of the registry's reporting lag. Two entries were non-sale filings, a rents-assignment discharge and a homestead declaration. With most prices still pending, the period's overall market tone can't yet be assessed from dollar figures.
