The period's highest recorded sale was 11 Plymouth Ave., which sold for $740,000 on Aug. 7 to Jeremy Salwen and Diana Renee Valverde Paniagua. Three of the 10 deeds were homestead declarations rather than sales, and two recorded the city of Northampton as buyer.
