Northampton Deed Filings Show Wide Price Split, Heavy Bank Involvement

Hampshire County Registry of Deeds recorded 11 Northampton property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only four had a sale price recorded, ranging from $249,999 to $1,225,000, with a median of $701,375 among those four.
