Northampton Housing Partnership elected Hannah Shaffer Vice Chair at January meeting. Shaffer was nominated by Gwen Nabad and seconded by Richard Abuza in a roll call vote. The committee approved December minutes by roll call, with Shaffer abstaining, and introduced new member Chris Bryson.
