Northampton Housing Partnership elected Hannah Shaffer Vice Chair at January meeting. Shaffer was nominated by Gwen Nabad and seconded by Richard Abuza in a roll call vote. The committee approved December minutes by roll call, with Shaffer abstaining, and introduced new member Chris Bryson.
Committee Chair Bev Bates leads the panel with Community Development Planner Keith Benoit, and no action was taken on a proposed housing resource list or pending state-level broker fee reform.
