Northampton Zoning Board grants withdrawal without prejudice for variance application. Chair David Bloomberg, Vice Chair Elizabeth Silver, and Associate Member Sherry Taylor voted unanimously to grant Thomas Reidy's request to withdraw his variance application without prejudice for a proposed fourth parcel on a shared driveway at 0 North Farms Road, Florence. The board noted the application had continued since July 2025 with multiple deadline extensions.
Reidy may resubmit the application within two years under the terms of the withdrawal.
