Northampton Zoning Board continues hearing on solar canopy project, requests rendition drawings. Chair David Bloomberg, Vice Chair Elizabeth Silver, and member Maureen Scanlon unanimously voted to continue the findings permit hearing for Parallel Products Solar Energy, LLC to February 12, 2026. The application seeks to add 10 solar canopies with utilities to 182 Mt Tom Road's existing nonconforming auto salvage use.
The board requested elevation and rendition drawings before the continued hearing but declined to set a firm deadline, asking that they be submitted as soon as reasonably possible.
