Northampton Records 13 Deeds in July, but Just One Sale Price Disclosed
Hampshire County Registry of Deeds recorded 13 Northampton property transactions between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only one disclosed a sale price: $185,000 for a River Run condominium unit at 80 Damon Rd, sold by Barbara Marsh to Doreen Weinberger and Claire Huttlinger. Northampton City was listed as buyer in four separate transactions, and six others named a bank, credit union or mortgage-registration entity as seller. With price data available for just one transaction, the period's recorded activity offers little basis for judging overall market pricing.
