Northampton Preservation Committee re-elects Adams as chair

Northampton Community Preservation Committee re-elects Brian Adams as chair and revises procedures. Brian Adams was re-elected Chair and Chris Hellman as Vice Chair by unanimous roll call vote. The committee has approximately $927,000 available for funding against $938,979 in submitted applications, with $251,675 reserved for historic preservation.
To address concerns from recent funding rounds, the committee agreed to limit applicant presentations to two per meeting and to generally decline last-minute proposal revisions, directing substantially changed applications to subsequent rounds instead.
