Six of the 14 records were non-sale filings, including homestead declarations and estate tax affidavits, rather than property transfers. Bridge Road had the most activity of any street, with four recorded documents, three tied to a single family estate. With pricing recorded on just two of 14 records, the data does not support a broader read on market tone this period.
