Northampton License Commission approves four liquor licenses and five seasonal renewals. Chair Natasha Yakovlev and Commissioners Jennifer Ewers and Amy Cahillane voted unanimously to issue short-term wine and malt licenses for Pedigo Services, LLC d/b/a Quonk for four events from March through April 2026 and an all-alcoholic license for International Language Institute of MA, Inc.'s Giving Voice fundraiser on May 13, 2026, with a fee waiver. Sub Rosa, LLC received unanimous approval to upgrade from a wine and malt license with cordials permit to an annual all-alcohol license.
Five seasonal licenses, including those for Thai Thai Restaurant and Scotti's Golf, were renewed pending completion of health inspections scheduled for March and April. Augustine's Pizza Club LLC's common victualler license application was tabled.
