Northampton License Commission approves seven applications and schedules liquor lottery. Chair Natasha Yakovlev and Commissioner Amy Cahillane approved a wine and malt general-on-premises license for ALLYANCE, LLC d/b/a Blackbird at 27 Pleasant Street, with Lauryn Winiarski as manager, and granted short-term wine and malt licenses for the Northampton Center for the Arts Queer Prom event on February 13 and three events at Pedigo Services, LLC d/b/a Quonk in January and February. The Commission voted unanimously to hold a lottery on February 18, 2026, to reissue two all-alcohol on-premises licenses previously held by 41 Strong, LLC d/b/a Bishop's Lounge and Pivaye Noho, LLC d/b/a Wurst Haus, restricted to existing Northampton wine and malt license holders meeting established eligibility criteria.
