Northampton License Commission approves 14 applications at remote May 20 meeting. Chair Natasha Yakovlev and Commissioner Jennifer Ewers unanimously approved short-term licenses for four Taste of Northampton restaurants serving wine and malt beverages on September 12-13, entertainment licenses for live music at Familiars Coffee & Tea and India House, and fee waivers for Glasgow Lands Scottish Festival and Frank Newhall Look Memorial Park's Springtacular. The commission also approved a license transfer for Liquors 44 at 238 King Street to Northampton 44 Corporation with manager Nishantbhai Patel, and scheduled a violation hearing for Tellus and Satellite Bar on June 17 regarding a May 17 incident involving an intoxicated underage individual.
