The committee voted to make Laurie Loisel chair and Garrick Perry vice chair at its February 9 organizational meeting. Councilor Chris Stratton voted against both elections, questioning the procedural approach to committee work.
On substantive business, the committee voted 3-1 to recommend approval of Ordinance 26.010, establishing an all-way stop sign at Finn Street and Prospect Street, with Stratton again dissenting over concerns about the engineering analysis and lack of documented pedestrian crashes at the intersection.
