The Northampton CPA committee heard presentations from five applicants seeking funding for projects including Nashawannuck Brook Restoration, Northern Avenue Trail Connection, Lilly Library Stair Rails, Coolidge Museum Lighting, and Parsons House Restoration. Chair Brian Adams disclosed a conflict of interest as an abutter to the Nashawannuck Brook site, while committee member Debin Bruce recused herself from discussion of the Coolidge project due to her Forbes Library board membership.
